Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

Welcome to WorkingVPN (“WorkingVPN”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use WorkingVPN via our website (workingvpn.com), mobile or desktop apps, or browser extensions (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Service signifies your agreement to that policy.

The Service

WorkingVPN provides a virtual private network connection that encrypts your traffic and routes it through our servers. The Service is provided as-is and may not be available or function correctly in all networks or locations at all times.

Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to abuse, harm, or interfere with the Service, our infrastructure, or other users. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms or putting the Service or other users at risk.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed at signup through the payment provider you choose, such as our website checkout, Apple, Google, or a supported cryptocurrency processor. Pricing and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy; purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to their refund rules.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and applications. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all related software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our IP except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Electronic Communications

By using the Service you consent to receive communications from us electronically (for example, service notices and account messages). Email and in-app messages satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkingVPN, its affiliates, and its licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes that affect you, we will post a notice on the website and/or send an email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
