• Your request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• The refund applies only to the first payment of a subscription
• Recurring subscription payments beyond the first payment are not eligible for refunds
• Special promotional offers may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days
• Your premium access will be reverted to a free account once the refund is processed

Exceptions

WorkingVPN reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund period has ended
• User has previously used a free trial period prior to purchasing a subscription
• Payments made using cryptocurrency
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent activity
